Neuropathy Care, From a Doctor Who Understands

Meet Dr. Karen May

Her personal and professional life were abruptly changed in 2017 after an ordinary shoulder surgery resulted in a rare complication creating nerve damage and neuropathy on the dominant side of her body.

Like most Neuropathy sufferers she was in pain, quickly losing her quality of life and no longer able to see her Chiropractic patients.

Dr. May's neuropathy Journey

She was told that it would take years to recover, if at all, and that prescription drugs were the only option she had for pain relief. Not satisfied with being told “hang in there,” she began searching for different, natural health options that more closely aligned with the Functional Medicine part of her practice. Her recovery journey included massive amounts of education and personal “trial and error” experiences. In the end, she constructed a transformation program that has led to over 300 people living life free from the effects of neuropathy.

Today

Dr. May continues to be passionate about bringing a holistic approach to others and giving people the right action steps for better health and quality of life. Her national Neuropathy practice is specifically focused on a custom transformation system that includes a 12 week Boot Camp to kick start the relief process and has a 95+% success rate

Personally

Dr. May is working on learning how to rest and keep life simple! She refers to herself as a dedicated Christ follower, whose been blessed with a husband of 20 years, and 3 teenage kids who are “really cool humans.” She’s a lifelong learner, avid reader who loves the question “why.” Disappearing in the woods for hours on purpose is how she re-energizes, and cooking from scratch without measuring feeds her soul.
